Do I need to record a long interview?+
No. A short audio clip for each recipe is plenty. Record up to three minutes directly in the studio, upload a phone voice memo, or start with written stories.
Will you change our recipes or make up memories?+
Your supplied ingredients, quantities, method and memories stay yours. The first version formats your content and never invents missing measurements or stories.
What is the difference between digital and the box?+
The digital capsule is a private dinner workspace and a downloadable keepsake you can print yourself. The proposed keepsake box adds printed recipe cards, a storybook, menu and conversation cards. The box is a preview; we’re confirming the sample, final price and shipping before taking orders.
Could I start digitally and upgrade later?+
That is the plan. The amount paid for your digital capsule would count toward your first box for the same dinner. Final pricing, shipping and upgrade terms will be confirmed before physical orders open.
Is there a subscription?+
The proposed pilot is a one-time purchase per dinner. Download your keepsake with your supplied photos and recordings to keep your own copy. We do not promise lifetime hosted storage.
What if I change my mind?+
Once paid checkout opens, you can request a full refund for any reason within 14 calendar days of purchase by emailing hello@familytablestudio.com from your checkout email.
Can relatives contribute directly?+
This first version has one signed-in organizer. Relatives can send their material to that person. Separate contributor accounts and invitations are not part of the pilot.
How much work does it take?+
You gather the recipes and confirm the details. The tools handle the formatting. You can save a draft and come back whenever you like.
